We put a lot of effort into making Zevo the best it can be for you and your loved ones. We’re confident in our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can receive a full refund via a pre-paid debit card by mail. So why not give Zevo a try?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with any of our products, call us at 800-374-9429 and we’ll make it right.

Request must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase. Limit one refund per name, household, or address. If purchased on website, refund will be made via the original method of payment. If purchased at Target or Home Depot, please call customer service at 800-374-9429 to receive a pre-paid cash card with the amount of your refund. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Sorry, no refunds issued for products lost in transit.
