For the Multi-Insect Kill Spray, make sure the nozzle is not in the OFF position. You can twist the nozzle to 1 of the 2 settings - stream or spray - to reach insects wherever they are. Always point the nozzle away from your face. For the Crawling, Flying, and Stinging Aerosol Sprays, make sure the nozzle is not in the LOCKED position. You can unlock the safety feature by pointing the nozzle away from your face and turning the aerosol's actuator nozzle towards the left. You will hear 1-2 small clicks and the lock indicator will move from the locked to the unlocked position.

For safety reasons, our Sting Insect aerosol spray nozzle has 2 notches that need to break before the product dispenses. Press strongly on the top of the dispenser until product begins to flow continuously.
