Flying Insect Traps

Zevo Flying Insect Trap consists of a durable plug-in device base, which uses blue and UV light to attract flying insects and a disposable refill cartridge. The flying insects fly into the back of the cartridge and get stuck on the powerful adhesive pad which you can easily remove and dispose of. It's a great way to get rid of flying insects without the mess and odors.

The Zevo Flying Insect Trap uses blue & UV light to continuously attract & trap flying insects. The disposable cartridge snaps onto the device base and, once it's plugged-in, the blue/UV lights from the device base shines up into the cartridge, creating a blue glow that attracts house flies, fruit flies & gnats. The insects get stuck on the strong adhesive pad (which faces the wall not the room!) which you can easily remove & dispose of.

The Zevo Flying Insect Trap is designed to catch house flies, fruit flies & gnats.

Zevo flying insect traps work best near where flying bugs hangout inside your house (not outside). Feel free to move the trap around to different outlets to find where it's most effective in your home. Zevo works especially well in kitchens, dining rooms, bathrooms, garages, bedrooms, enclosed patios, and near entryways or doors.

The blinking light is a new feature designed to remind you to check the glue cartridge in your trap. Here's what you need to know:

What does the blinking light mean?

The blinking blue light is a signal for you to check the glue cartridge to see if it needs to be replaced.

When does the light blink?

The light will start blinking every 6 weeks as a reminder to check the cartridge.

What should I do when the light blinks?

Check the glue cartridge to decide if it's time for a replacement. Many people decide based on how much empty space is left for capturing more bugs.

How do I stop the light from blinking?

You can stop the blinking by lifting the cartridge or by unplugging and then plugging the device back in. This action will reset the reminder for another 6 weeks.

What if I check the device more often than every 6 weeks?

If you regularly check the device (by lifting the cartridge or unplugging and plugging it back in) more frequently than every 6 weeks, the light will not blink. The reminder will only activate if you go 6 weeks without interacting with the device.

This feature is designed to help you maintain the efficiency of your trap by reminding you to check and replace the glue cartridge as needed.

The Zevo Flying Insect Trap should NOT be used in uncovered outdoor spaces where it could get rained on or wet. Avoid placing it next to tv or computer screens or in areas where furniture, curtains or corners may obstruct the insect from finding its way to the trap itself. If you can't see Zevo, insects can't see Zevo either.

Try placing traps in outlets that are easily accessed by flying insects. If you can't see Zevo, insects can't see Zevo either. Make sure your Zevo Flying Insect Trap isn't being blocked by furniture, curtains or corners that may obstruct the insect from finding its way to the trap itself. Instead of plugging Zevo behind a door, we recommend plugging it in front of the door or on the wall opposite the door. For larger sized rooms, we suggest using 2 or more traps. If you've followed these tips and your trap is still not catching flying insects, reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to help.

How fast you see bugs being caught depends on close you place the device to the source of the issue & how many bugs you have in your home.

Replace cartridge when it is full of insects. Check it every 15 days or as needed.

Yes! Zevo's U.S. device base is in compliance with applicable third party electrical safety standards. It is a durable, plug-in base that requires 120V/60Hz power and a standard North American plug type. As with other electrical devices, please keep away from children.

We suggest NOT placing our trap near chameleons as they can be sensitive to UV light.

About Zevo Insect Traps

Zevo traps use blue and UV light to attract and capture flying insects, focusing on houseflies, fruit flies, and gnats. Unlike traditional traps that use chemicals or electric zapping, Zevo's system is odorless, quiet, and mess-free. The trap is designed for discreet use indoors, and insects are captured on a hidden adhesive pad, minimizing visual clutter and keeping your home feeling clean and comfortable.

Insects like houseflies and fruit flies are naturally attracted to specific light spectrums, especially UV and blue light. The Zevo trap uses this to its advantage, emitting a soft glow that draws in flying pests. Once attracted, they encounter the adhesive pad inside the trap and become securely stuck. This process is continuous, ensuring consistent bug control without chemicals.

No, the Zevo trap relies entirely on light and adhesive. There are no chemical lures, sprays, or scents involved. This makes it a safer, eco-friendly option for homes with children, pets, and food preparation areas.
